This is one of the lithographs that is not part of the series of views of Lviv in the winter of 1915. The work was done earlier, in particular in summer. This is probably one of the artist's first lithographs. St. George's Hill is depicted at dusk from the southwest (nowadays, from the territory where the new buildings of Lviv Polytechnic National University are located). The ensemble of St. George's Cathedral is shown against the background of the starry sky; the cathedral, next to which there is the bell tower, is domineering above the chapter house. On the left is a panorama of the northern part of the city with factory pipes and the slopes of Castle Hill. In front of St. George's Hill, there is a green space depicted as black in the late evening.
