The sculptural image demonstrates a candelabrum in the form of a squat, full-length figure of a young girl as an angel. She is depicted with her right hand outstretched to the side, in which a candle was placed. In his work, the master does not focus on preserving anatomically correct forms but rather on achieving the sculpture's figurative expressiveness through simplified plane modelling of the form. To portray the angel's face, the author adapted features from his surroundings: a high, open forehead, small, deep-set eyes, chubby cheeks, a snub nose, and a delicate mouth. The sculptural image is frontal and static. The angel's calmness and balance are not disrupted even by the barely discernible folds of the clothing, which envelop the figure in smooth, parallel vertical lines. The portrayal is characterised by a succinct interpretation of the image with emphasis on individual details.
