Biography: Ludomir Koehler was born in the town of Ludyn, Poland. From 1879 to 1880, he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, and later, from 1883 to 1887, attended the academy as a non-degree student. From 1882, the artist worked at a sculptural workshop in Krakow as an engraver and a specialist in marble inscriptions. Later, he worked at a pharmacy equipment factory, specialising in lithography. Between 1890 and 1893, he participated in art exhibitions in Krakow. He was the owner of a private photography studio in Lviv.

A black tie is neatly tied in a bow. His dark brown hair is smoothly combed. The man's expression is serious and composed. His gaze is directed to the left.
