On the front side left of the centre, hole is a vertical inscription consisting of two characters. The surface of the tsuba is smooth with a carved image to the right of the central hole which consists of three elements: a figure in the form of a twisted horn, a diamond-shaped figure in the form of a grid and an abstract figure with symmetrically placed segments.
