The frontal sculptural depiction shows a candelabrum in the form of an angel, depicted as a full-length figure of a girl. There is a space for a candle in her raised left hand. In his work, the artist focused not on preserving anatomically correct forms but on achieving expressive imagery of the sculpture through simplified plane modelling of the form. Realistic features can be observed in the angel's face: a high, open forehead, small, deeply set eyes, chubby cheeks, a snub nose, and neat pursed lips. The sculptural depiction is static; the calm and balance of the figure are not disturbed by the slightly extended right leg; the folds of the clothing are barely discernible and fall in smooth, parallel vertical lines. The angel's portrayal is characterised by a succinct interpretation of the image, emphasising individual details.
