Object description
The figure is depicted sitting; a head and chest are full-faced. The clothing is in the form of a long, tight-fitting dress. On Isis's forehead is a uraeus, and on the top is a crown made of uraei (horns with a disk corresponding to the attributes of the figurine are missing). The hair is performed in the form of a lush wig made of thin braids, which is divided into three parts as follows: one part of the hair is falling on the back, the other two, fixed at the ends, are falling on the chest, while the ears remain open. A child is depicted without clothes; his head is hairless, except for the "sidelock of youth" falling from the left temple. The forearm of Isis's left hand is lowered alongside the chest, with the head of Horus resting on the palm; the right-hand palm supports the breast on the left side. The feet are resting on a stand, which constitutes a single unit with the figurine. Isis is sitting on the throne. Its basis is a rectangular wooden stand.
