Object description
A round-shaped tsuba (maru-gata) with a wedge-shaped hole (nakago-ana) in the centre and a hole (hitsu-ana) for kozuka on the. The tsuba is decorated with a slit through vine leaf motif with gold-coloured fluted veins. The edge of the tsuba is rounded. From the back, the image of grape leaves is identical, only mirrored in relation to the central hole.
