The half-length portrait of a nobleman was in the collection of the Pidhirtsi Castle. In 1939, the work "An Unknown Officer of the Waclaw Rzewuski Infantry Crown Guard", as it was then known, hung in the dining-room hallway. The canvas depicts a man slightly turned to the left, in a wig and a uniform of the infantry guard. On the dark background, one can see a young officer's face with a high forehead, straight eyebrows, plump lips, and a gaze directed at the viewer. The red and white clothing of a man is a bright color spot in the painting. The portrait is one of a number of images of Waclaw Rzewuski's court guard officers.
