Object description
Two angelic heads on short necks, with oval faces, plump cheeks, and well-defined chins, are turned toward each other. Expressive arches of the eyelids outline their widely opened eyes, and there are faint smiles on their lips. The heads of the cherubim are framed by monumental curls characteristic of the Baroque sculpture and rhythmically arranged in a neat hairstyle. The angelic images are calm and balanced.
