Object description
Against a neutral brown-grey background, a waist-length portrait of an elderly bald man with a grey moustache is shown in a slight right profile. The man is dressed in a black tailcoat, white dickie, and black bow tie. On a chain in the left gorget patch, there is an award. The man's face is lined with wrinkles, and his gaze is calm, gentle, and directed into the distance. The portrait is official and intended for display in public places.
